Noble Solutions provides enterprise IT consulting services including SAP implementation, AI and machine learning solutions, cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity, data analytics, digital transformation, managed IT services, and IT hardware supply. Specific service terms are defined in individual engagement agreements (Statements of Work / Service Level Agreements) entered into with each client.

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Noble Solutions Trading Establishment or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission. Client deliverables developed under specific project agreements are governed by the intellectual property provisions of those agreements.

Noble Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of engagement. Noble Solutions will not disclose client information to third parties without consent, except as required by law or regulatory obligation. This obligation survives termination of any service agreement.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia, unless otherwise agreed in a specific service agreement.

Noble Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
